• Infrastructure Maintenance Program - routine maintenance (monthly).
• Network backbone built on latest CISCO routers, switches and firewall hardware
• Redundant connections onto the Internet backbone via multiple 10Mbps Ethernet connections ensures our network contains connectivity uptime of 100%.
• Monitoring provided by SecurITon’s EMS system 24 x 7 x 365 to correct any issues as they arise.
• Backup procedures include mirror imaged database at two discrete locations.
• Nightly backup routine and storage off site.
