Verified has developed a range of purpose designed logbook sheets to record inspections, tests and defects found during regular maintenance and/or audits. These sheets can either be bound to form a logbook for routine maintenance purposes, or used separately for auditing purposes.

These test sheets are designed to be filled out by your service provider during their required task. They then remove the original test sheet from the logbook, place it in the supplied self-addressed pre-paid envelope and post it to Verified on the day of the test.

Using the latest in Intelligent Character Recognition (ICR) and Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) technology, Verified electronically scans the data recorded by the service provider. The data is then analysed automatically against your specific requirements to ensure that all services have been completed as per your requirements.

Verified then automatically notifies you via email, reporting missed services, faults/defects and failed tests. The email includes an exact image of the test sheet, as documented by the service provider. You can also securely login to Verified’s website for immediate retrieval of all records if required.

For regulatory and contractual requirements, Verified provides periodic reporting that can be used to demonstrate that any required maintenance regimes have been carried out to the appropriate standard.

An annual safety statement can also be generated via our website, showing all collected information for each property in an easy to read format. This report can be imbedded into any format that is required by the relevant State regulations. Automatic notification to the relevant authority can also be provided.
